We loved this place so much we stayed 2 extra nights. Our room was clean. The beds were nice to sleep in.our room was facing the parking lot and it wasnt noisy. you couldnt hear your neighbors at all. The pools were nice so warm just like bath water. we didnt want to leave the hotel just being in the room and pool was nice specially after going to theme park for the day it was nice to come back and relax.. tv had a few good channels not to many to choose from.We was in second building close to the back and our internet was good. We had fun in the little game room. We ate breakfast buffet one morning it was good and fresh. The cafe hamburgers was good. The pizza was very good to.I have nothing bad to say about this hotel we had a fun time and enjoyed ourselfs very much. My husband step on a gecko one morning in our room he just picked it up and put it back outside they are out side in bushes. We had to have seen around 20 of them just walking around the side walks.I dont believe any of the negatives here cause our experience was the best one. Thank you very much seralago.. Friday, May 21st, 2010I would like to say that if you want to stay in a hotel and enjoy the area and the activites in the Kissimmee Florida area you need to stay at the SERALAGO HOTEL AND SUITES, This place is a great place to stay with your family. The rooms are VERY roomy and you have enough room to move around the room and not have to worry about bumping into each other… They have a kitchen area in the room which is really great and a fridge and microwave for your convenience. The pool was big enough where you werent crowded, and you didnt even have to worry about having a towel they had a cabinet FULL of towels. They even had an exercise room that you could visit if you wanted a good workout and what really topped this HOTEL off was that they had a LAUNDRY ROOM where you could wash your clothes and not go home with dirty clothes.. Now that was just GREAT to have… My kids had FUN during our stay, heck they didnt even want to leave to go to disney world because they wanted to stay and swim the whole time we were there…
THANKS SERALAGO FOR THE GREAT HOTEL AND FOR THE GREAT OPPORTUNITY… SEE YOU IN THE FALL…..

Tuesday, April 27th, 2010I just got back from a 3 nite 4 day trip to Disney with my 7 yr old and 9 yr old. After reading some of the reviews on here I was a little concerned but that all went away when we got the room. Staff is very friendly. The store wasn’t to bad. They have an excellent philly steak sandwich. My children are very hard to please and they loved the room and the pool!!! We stayed in the kids suite and it was the best!!! My daughters loved it!!! Had their own tv, x box, desk, and 3 beds to choose from. It also looked like a castle. It was really cute!!! The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast buffet was great. Kids eat free which is a plus. My bed was very comfortable and relaxing!!! Nice little tiki bar for those of you who like great mixed drinks!! Bartender not to bad looking for the single moms out there lol We had a great time and when we go back to Florida we WILL be staying there again. If traveling with children get the kids suite you will not regret it!!!!

Here’s what an Expedia guest had to say…
Tuesday, April 6th, 2010Close to Disney but yet far enough to not be in the heavy traffic.
Even though we were not able to spend any time in the pools I was impressed that there were two heated pools. The room had a microwave and a mini fridge so we were able to buy some food and cook when we wanted and save some money. The hotel is close enough to Disney that you can go back and take a break if needed (or change clothes if you get too wet on the water rides). The hotel offers a shuttle to Disney which is an absolute plus. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
A Great Stay!… Review from TripAdvisor
Thursday, March 11th, 2010First, I will tell you what we did not find at this hotel:
1. We did not find any rude staff.
2. We did not find any bugs of any kind.
3. We did not find any unsafe situations.
4. We did not find any trouble connecting to the wireless internet.
5. We did not find anything to complain about.
What we found was just a really nice place to stay while we were there to go to the parks with our children. We booked a 2 room suite, poolside, for 5 nights and our entire stay was under $400.00. Our room was spacious, very spacious. Our room very, very clean!
Everyday when we came back it was fresh, nice smelling, and clean! I think the housekeeping staff does a wonderful job!
The pool area was wonderful. Even though we were there on a cool week, the pool was so warm my kids jumped right in. The entire pool area is gated so small children can not get in unless their parents let them in.
The front desk employees were professional, friendly and quick!
All the other employess we met (maintenance, housekeeping and security) were constantly present, and very friendly. I certainly did not feel unsafe at any time, as everytime I left my room I seemed to run right into a security person….early in the morning, and late at night.
The atmosphere at the hotel was very fun. We met families from all over the United States and several from abroad. Everyone was on vacation, relaxed, and friendly.
From the hotel to the parks is a quick and very easy drive. We did not use the shuttle service because we didn’t want to be on a timetable. But the times were printed and given to you upon arrival if you wanted to use the shuttles.
Overall, I thought it was a great place, an excellent value, a fun atmosphere …and very clean!

Thursday, February 25th, 2010Great place to stay close to everything!
The hotel was great, just as we read before we left! This is a great place to stay close enough to everything Disney, Seaworld, International Drive, Etc. We would stay again or recommend to anyone else, we even had to extend our stay due to snow at home and we kept our room an extra night no trouble!
“This place is great, especially if you have kids”… TripAdvisor Review
Tuesday, February 16th, 2010A recent reviewer on TripAdvisor had this to say about the Seralago Hotel & Suites…
My wife had to go out of town for 10 days and I really wanted something special for my 2 children ( 7 and 9) on a weekend visit to Orlando from Fort Lauderdale. (Without paying a fortune at a Disney Resort! After all, very little time is spent in the Hotel.) I found Seralago’s website and their kids suites looked nice. Then I read a few very negative reviews. I started thinking that maybe the good reviews came from “unsavory” individuals who lived in a tent or something. I really was convinced to stay away but decided to take a chance. What a surprise! My king size bed was very clean and comfortable, the entire place was very clean. My children never stayed in a place that had their own kid themed room - they chose the Igloo. Bunk beds and a single bed; reading lights; a desk their own TV with xbox. Bring your own games or rent for 4 bucks each. A real cozy fort with portal type windows . They were thrilled. It was very cold and the swimming pool was steaming hot and very clean. Front desk was very friendly. Gameroom was fun but play for fun, not for ticket prizes. Breakfast Buffet was really nice. Mine 7 dollars and the kids free. I cant vouch for the other rooms in the hotel but ours was great. I paid around 70 dollars and I will definitly go back.
Tim
ps: Old town is walking distance and was a lot of fun.
I’m a business man and stay at a a lot of 4 and 5 star Hotels - this is not one. But the complainers, I think, were either “snooty” or maybe:did they get a bad room? Everything looked great to me.

Thursday, February 4th, 2010Best Family Hotel I Have Seen…
This is a wonderful hotel we have been coming to fl. 3/5 times a year. Only place we will stay at. It’s a family place my kids love it i will tell you a little story . 10 years ago we decided not to go to the hotel but to rent a house the kids were against it because they love the hotel so much anyway we got to the house at approximately 7:00 PM of course in the house we had everything that kids did not speak to me or their mother we ask them to go in the pool they said no that they want to go back to the hotel lol to make the story short 11:30 PM that night we ended up packing and going back to the hotel and the kids love it. The staff is wonderful that General Manager is one of the kind he will make you feel at home excellent excellent person every time were there he stops by to say hello or we stop by to say hello. I recommend this hotel to anyone that has kids and is looking for a good safe time. All the parks are very close by all the stores are very close, flea markets anything you want. Next door is old town you and the kids will love it it’s a 5 minute walk. Very very highly recommended from someone that’s been there since 1989. To the General Manager and staff for making us feel at home.

Thursday, January 28th, 2010Excellent Service and Facilities
We went to the Seralago Hotel this past April 2009. I didn’t know what to expect for the price. I was so amazed. The Seralago is one of the best family hotels that 192 road has. It is big, spacious, and filled with many amenities. I loved the pizzeria, general store, and main pool facilities. The rooms were spacious, simple but very clean. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and can’t wait to go back. Great, great service! They always left the rooms cleans and with extra towels. Totally recommend this hotel.

Thursday, January 21st, 2010We stayed here one night in December before we could get into our villa. I thought it was a great place. The room we had was a one bedroom suite- separate bedroom with a door- very large room- had 2 queen beds in it and a small table and chairs- in the living room area there was a sofa bed and a murphy bed which the kids thought was GREAT- then just off the living area was a kitchen area separated by the counter that had bar stools- microwave, sink with and bar sized fridge, coffee maker- no oven/toaster/burners/dishes etc. The pools were huge and really nice as was the hot tubs by them. They had a room all decorated for Christmas you could look into and see Santa sleeping in there. We paid $70 for one night-auto club rate booked online at the Seralago site. It is hard to find hotels that will accomodate larger families and this one was perfect. It was a good place to stay to go for a walk around as it is so large- check out the games room- walk over to Old Town etc.
